Sometimes TMA families experience something unexpected during the school year which puts them in a tough financial spot. While there is annual financial aid through FFNA, we are seeking to meet a different set of needs with our SHORT TERM NEEDS SCHOLARSHIP FUND. This fund is to help parents who had no way of knowing they would encounter a short term crisis in the midst of the school year and just need a short time (1 – 2 months) to get back on their feet.
The SHORT TERM NEEDS SCHOLARSHIP FUND is a way for you to give a tax deductible, non-designated gift which will help selected families get through a short term struggle and resume their regular payments. If you would like to give to this fund, please indicate that the contribution is for the “SHORT TERM SCHOLARSHIP” fund. You can mail the gift to: The Master’s Academy, 1500 Lukas Lane, Oviedo, FL 32765.
Many employers match contributions that you personally make. Whether you make a gift of cash or stock, check to see if your employer has a matching gift program that can double your contribution to The Master’s Academy.
Gifts of Stock or other Appreciated Assets
Gifts of stock or other appreciated assets such as bonds or mutual fund shares can be transferred to The Master’s Academy. This is a way to donate, while also saving you capital gains tax and allowing you to take a charitable deduction on your federal income tax for the market value of securities at the time of transfer. Please call the Development Office at (407)971-2221 ext. 1246 for the necessary information to make a transfer with your broker.
The Master’s Academy appreciates gifts-in-kind. For example, donations such as equipment and services often can be used by the school. The donor, through appraisal or market comparisons, determines the fair market value of the gift.
Gifts of real estate, including land, commercial and residential properties, may offer exceptional tax benefits for donors while supporting The Master’s Academy. You may call the Development Office at (407)971-2221 ext. 1246 with information on your proposed donation.
Planned gifts will benefit The Master’s Academy in the future. To remember The Master’s Academy by making a bequest, simply include the following language in your will: I give {(___dollars) or (___percent of the residue of my estate)} to the The Master’s Academy of Central Florida, Inc.
Have the Albertsons cashier scan your card anytime before the order is totaled. Each quarter, TMA receives a check for 2 to 5% of our school's total purchases. You may get your card from the TMA office.
Clip Box Tops coupons from hundreds of participating GM products (General Mills, Yoplait, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Green Giant, etc.). Box Tops coupons are worth 10 cents each and add up quickly. Send your Box Tops coupons to the office
Shop online through Box Tops Marketplace at boxtops4education.com. The Box Tops Marketplace is a gateway to over 100 quality stores like Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble and more. Up to 10% of each qualifying purchase is donated to our school.
Donate TMA uniforms that you no longer use and the Fine Arts Department will put them back into circulation through the Resale Uniform Program. Your donation helps Fine Arts Department students by offsetting travel costs. Uniforms of all sizes in good, usable condition may be dropped off in either school office or the Fine Arts Dept. office at any time during the year. Just mark your bag.....DONATIONS FOR FINE ARTS. Uniforms are especially appreciated during the month of May.
Gift cards in any amount ($10 to $5,000) from Target, Staples, and Home Depot or cash/checks would be helpful toward the purchase of items such as: CD stereo systems, VCRs, DVD players, TVs, lumber for playground, large trash cans, small trash cans, clocks, picnic tables, etc. With the gift certificate/money we can purchase the desire items for the classrooms.

At Office Max, TMA can receive 2% of our purchases when we use our Max Perks number. Whether you're shopping for the family or business, give the number to the cashier before you give her your purchases. (If you're shopping at the Oviedo store, just ask the cashier to use The Master's Academy Max Perks number. They have the number at the register.) TMA Office Max Perk Number #105730063.
 We now have window clings and magnets for cars. Clings are $3 or two for $5, and magnets are $5. They look great on our TMA cars!! Available in both offices. All monies go to the Teacher Endowment Fund.
We’re privileged to offer you corporate sponsorship opportunity which is in the form of banners on our sports fields and scoreboard panels on our football field. When you use your Target VISA, TMA receives a check for 1% of total purchases with their Take Charge of Education program. There is no annual fee for this card and you can earn discounts for yourself by using it. Sign up at Target and specify The Master's Academy for you school choice.
Clip entire panel of Project A+ label from Tyson food products. TMA receives 24 cents for each label.
