Lady Eagles defeated Orangewood Christian for the District Title. Ashley Vezina scored both goals for the Eagles which clinched the second consecutive title for the team.
Congratulations to TMA's Boys Cross Country Team. The Florida High School Athletic Association recognizes athletic teams with high cumulative GPAs. In the Class 1 A division, our boys came in 2nd place out of 16 competitors for the highest cumulative GPA. Great job for your 3.865 team GPA!

Congrats to the middle school girls soccer team and Coach Wayne Bozacco. They finished 2nd in the Metro Middle School Conference Tournament.

Stetson head baseball coach, Pete Dunn,
has announced the early signing of Lee Cheneler.
Cheneler, a 5' 11" left handed pitcher is headed into his senior season at The Master's Academy in Oviedo, Florida. In 2007 he helped lead his team to the regional finals and in 2008 his team finished as undefeated district champions. In 2009, he was selected to the Louisville Slugger High School All-American Team after posting a 0.98 ERA. In the past three seasons he has accumulated 139 strike outs in 101 2/3 innings pitched. At the plate he hit .412 as a freshman, .395 as a sophomore, and .552 as a junior.
"Lee is an accomplished left handed pitcher, we are excited to have him join our team," said Dunn. "He is a great student and we look for him to give us quality innings on the mound as a freshman."
Coach Down, TMA varsity baseball coach, says “Lee has been a vital part of the success of the TMA baseball program over the last few years. He has been a great leader with a strong work ethic and commitment to baseball.”
